Dr Palma was very pleasant when he introduced himself to me, he made me feel like I was in good hands. He was very punctual, the procedure went well, the entire staff was superb.

Nice new clean endoscopy center. Staff was excellent. They introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do before they did it. It was a great visit and will be great for somebody for a scope for the first time.

This was a very nice office! Staff were kind & efficient. I saw Tracey Luther. She was knowledgeable and great!

Dr Hammond was very warm & professional. She listened and provided solutions.

Dr Mazanec is truly an exceptional gastrologist! He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly and makes you feel completely comfortable. Tammy is absolutely wonderful ! She goes over and beyond in supportive of patients. It’s rare to find a medical team that combines such professionalism with genuine compassion. I am incredibly grateful to be in such capable hands. Dr. Jones is an outstanding gastroenterologist. He is attentive, takes time to truly listen, and is very proactive in addressing concerns and developing a treatment plan. I never feel rushed during appointments, and he always makes sure my questions are answered. It is clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and providing excellent care. I highly recommend him.

Great facility and practice from my experience. These folks seem to care about your health and take the time to cover your questions/concerns. I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly and also able to schedule a procedure much faster than I thought.

I have been going to this practice since 1985. My Doctors were Dr. Gould, Dr. Daves and now Dr. Jones. I also have been seen by PA Allyson naylor. I even drove to Clemson when Dr Daves semi retired there until he completely retired. He handed me off to dr. Jones. This group to me is the gold standard for doctors practice. Every person that i interact with is friendly, caring, perfessional, timely and knowledgeable. Dr. Jones and his staff, nurses, technicians etc are the best in the upstate. I also really like the fact they are privately owned and not locked into any one hospital. Their facilities are clean bright and state of art. Best of the best!
