Medical Phone Calls

A nurse is available to help answer questions Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and on Friday from 8:00 AM – 12:00 noon. When you call, please give the receptionist your name, date of birth, Social Security number, phone number and a brief message. The nurse will make every effort to respond within 24 hours. Please allow two weeks from the date of your procedure before calling the office for radiology or pathology results. A nurse will contact you if your results require an urgent response. If you have an urgent medical condition, please notify the receptionist so that your call can be handled properly.

Emergencies After Office Hours

For emergencies occurring after office hours, please call the office at (864) 232-7338. The answering service will take your call and give the information to the doctor. If your call has not been returned within one hour, notify the answering service that you have not received a return call.

Urgent Medical Attention

If you need immediate medical attention, call 911 for assistance.

Our office is located beside the Downtown St. Francis Hospital Emergency Room. Enter the parking lot from Dunbar Street as suite 170 is on the lower level of the Medical Plaza 1 building.

Take Calhoun Memorial Hwy N/US-123 N toward Greenville.
Turn right at St. Francis Dr. and the office will be on the left.

Take I-385 N toward Greenville.
Turn right at N Academy St/US-123 for 2.6 miles.
