All pathologists have completed fellowships in Gastrointestinal Pathology and are experts at diagnosing and categorizing primary inflammatory bowel disease.
Our in-house pathology laboratory includes the latest laboratory equipment allowing our on-site histology technician to prepare patient specimen slides in a timely manner.
Pathology involves the examination of human tissues, organs, and bodily fluids in order to study and diagnose disease. When a biopsy is done or a polyp is removed, these go to our pathology laboratory for examination and diagnosis by our pathologists.
