The staff was very kind and helpful. Answered all questions. Dr Palma was also very nice, but had more face time with staff. He did his job and was very professional.

Dr.Gaines, very sweet Doctor. He unless you ask question, he explains them very thoroughly. He comes in the room, smiling shake your hand sits down and does not rush you . I love that about him because some doctors will come in get to the point and go right back out the door but not Dr.Gaines. My PCP recommended him And everything she explained to me about him was absolutely true. I will truly recommend him to anyone. I give him a 10 !!!

Dr. Carandang was absolutely amazing! I was preparing for a procedure I made him aware of some other things I had going on.
He checked me out and put a plan in place to help me get sone relief, before the procedure took place. He was very thorough, kind and professional.

Preparing for my appointment was a blast! I lost 11 pounds in 8 hours. You couldn’t accuse me of being full of it anymore. After surviving the purge of the century, I arrived at my appointment thinking the worst was behind me. Little did I know what was soon to behind me was actually to be in me behind. But first, I had to face a sweet but determined Inquisitor to answer questions about everything that had ever entered or left my body. And I mean ever! Then it was on to the viewing session where the company was great, but I was out like a light before I could even count to 12. The next thing I knew I was in a post-op room being not only given permission to fart, but encouraged to do so, and applauded when I did. I was literally under doctor’s orders to fart! And better yet, they never mentioned an end-date.

My wife disagreed. But she’s a PhD and not an MD. So I continued following the MDs instructions and farting at will.

But I haven’t seen my wife in three days. Maybe I should call the doctor, and ask if there was indeed a cease fire on the farting.

At any rate, 1 star on the prep. 5 stars on the viewing. And two thumbs up for telling me to fart at will.

BTW, the review is asking for photos. I don’t think you want to see what they saw. Sorry for the mental image.

Dr. VALLABH and staff are wonderful. They make the entire visit and process a more enjoyable experience. From answering questions to explaining 'what's next' they truly care about how your experience is.

I've now had 2 procedures and both have been excellent experiences. Highly recommend the Dr. and the practice.

My husband had to have a colonoscopy there and he was pleasantly surprised about his procedure as well as the staff. Nurse Amy was the best in calming his nerves down when he was about to faint before his appointment, he got super anxious at his blood pressure.

Dr. Lebel and his team were quick and explained everything. He had good bedside manners as well, we highly recommend him and this clinic!

I had a positive experience with Ms. Garren. She was welcoming, is clearly an expert, and offered objective information on indications for and the process of colonoscopy. I was concerned about the risk versus benefits for someone my age (79). She provided me with unbiased information that will help in making a decision on the procedure.

Dr Saha is the best! She communicates so well and is helpful and reassuring every time I see her. The entire staff including front desk, her nurse and the nurse I spoke with over the phone were very caring and friendly. That means everything when you’re not feeling well!

The staff at the practice are friendly, helpful and pretty efficient. I was able to sign on to the portal and do all of my paperwork and scan my cards at home. Great location. Was very convenient for bloodwork, and x-ray, too. Dr. Geist is THE BEST! Very knowledgeable and definitely cared about all of my conditions, and tried to address them all. The staff followed up with what they said they would, and got information to me. I really recommend this practice and Dr Geist in particular!
