My visit was very nice,you kinda get the feeling that they are almost part of your family, they were very nice and friendly.

Very professional and thorough with information about my health. I really liked Allyson Naylor she made me feel very comfortable about my health and giving me different things to do about my medications.

Ms Morgan was amazing. She took the time to explain my colonoscopy results and answered my questions. She also explained what the next step would be to find out the cause of my pain and fullness that I felt after eating. She genuinely cares about her patients. Keep up the great work.

Dr. Lebel is outstanding. Due to a complicated abdominal surgery 55 year ago, my intestines and colon are twisted from many adhesions. I was also born with a bend in my esophagus. At 86, these problems manifested with difficulty swallowing and having smooth BM's. Almost 3 years ago I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy by Dr Lebel and BMs have been effortless since. But the endoscopy still left me with a sore throat for a few weeks, as was always the case with previous ones. This time there is a new procedure for widening the esophagus without pain. I no longer have difficulty swallowing! When the doctor told me I would need surgery to remove the mass in the intestines, I felt peaceful. He recommended the best nearby hospital for me (elderly) and will contact the surgeon when the pathology reports have been examined. Between Dr. Lebel's demeanor and being in their own facility rather than a hospital for the procedures, I felt peaceful. Grateful that the problem had been found. The nurses are true professional. Put me at ease even when they had to try 3 different locations to finally get a connection for the IV. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Lebel.

Staff was great and informative. Dr Gaines gave me ample opportunity to ask questions. Nice clean facility.

Had an upper and lower GI performed at the same appointment by Dr Geist. Although those are never pleasant due to the prep associated with them, my experience was great. I was expecting the procedure to take a bit longer than it actually did. Staff was friendly and seemed concerned about the health and comfort of the patients. Dr Geist was caring and took the time to answer all my questions in my office appointment as well as before and after the procedure. Communication throughout the time from my referral through the procedure was excellent.

The staff was wonderful and kind and Dr. Barnes had great bedside manner. He was informative and thorough. Thanks for making a, not so fun procedure, bearable.

The atmosphere is so friendly and everybody is so nice. Nikki is absolutely the most empathetic person I’ve ever met and she makes you feel right at home and make sure that you get every question answered if there’s anything that she can do to make you more comfortable she absolutely does that.
