Beginning Tuesday, August 5, 2025, Gastroenterology Associates will move into a new location on Reidville Rd (0.8 miles away from the current location). When you walk into the Parkside Health Center, go directly down the main hallway toward the back of the building. Then, when you enter the foyer, our clinic will be on the right and our Endoscopy Center (opening January 2026) will be on the left!

Spartanburg Labs
Effective every Thursday, starting October 10, 2024, Quest will be open from 8:00am-3:00pm at our Spartanburg Office on
225 E. Blackstock Road. This lab location will only open on Thursdays for bloodwork and stool study drop offs.
If you are unable to make that day, you may come to our Greenville (Halton Rd) Office, Simpsonville Office or the
Quest Patient Service Center at 430 Roper Mountain Road Suite H-1, Greenville, SC 29615.

Medical Phone Calls
A nurse is available to help answer questions Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and on Friday from 8:00 AM – 12:00 noon. When you call, please give the receptionist your name, date of birth, Social Security number, phone number and a brief message. The nurse will make every effort to respond within 24 hours. Please allow two weeks from the date of your procedure before calling the office for radiology or pathology results. A nurse will contact you if your results require an urgent response. If you have an urgent medical condition, please notify the receptionist so that your call can be handled properly.
Emergencies After Office Hours
For emergencies occurring after office hours, please call the office at (864) 232-7338. The answering service will take your call and give the information to the doctor. If your call has not been returned within one hour, notify the answering service that you have not received a return call.
Urgent Medical Attention
If you need immediate medical attention, call 911 for assistance.
